We had a great stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, close to supermarkets and outlets in the area. The service was excellent, with room service, dry cleaning, and bicycle hire available. The housekeeping staff ensured that our room was always clean and tidy. The hotel had a variety of amenities to offer, including shops, a restaurant, and a bar/lounge area. The staff was friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. We also enjoyed the leisure facilities, such as the sauna and hot spring bath, which were perfect for relaxation. The Wi-Fi was reliable and the on-site car park made it convenient for us to have our own transportation.
We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and luxurious stay.

Spent my Christmas vacation at a charming hotel, located in a beautiful and peaceful area. The hotel staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating, and provided us with two great restaurants to choose from. One serving both Japanese and western cuisine, and the other serving Francophile food. The spa services were easily accessible and reasonably priced, and we were able to indulge in them during our stay. Additionally, the shuttle bus service to nearby attractions was very convenient and efficient.
Although the hotel was beautiful, it was clear that it had been standing for some time, as the decor was a bit outdated. The Wi-Fi service unfortunately was unavailable in our room, and the English speaking staff was limited, causing some confusion during meal pick-up. Additionally, getting around without a car proved to be difficult, as the shuttle bus service wasn't frequent enough. Nevertheless, these small issues didn't detract from our enjoyable Christmas stay.

The cleanliness and hotel facilities were impressive, and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The location was a bit far from other towns in the area, but there were plenty of supermarkets and outlets nearby. The parking was also free, which was convenient.
Nothing everything was great.

The hotel is located in a convenient area with nearby outlets and supermarkets. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, with a nice view of the mountains. Breakfast offers a large buffet selection of both western and Japanese items.
It was frustrating to communicate with the limited English-speaking staff who were not helpful when overcharged for a meal.

The hotel was fairly quiet and clean, with a nice view of the surrounding mountains. The breakfast buffet was impressive, featuring both Japanese and western options. there was plenty of free parking available for those driving.
The lack of Wi-Fi in the rooms was a major inconvenience, as was the outdated decor of the rooms. While the onsen was nice, the hotel seemed to cater primarily to large tour groups, which could make it feel crowded and noisy at times.
